Great staff, very comfortable bed, and the AC worked very well in room! Nice bathroom with plentiful hot water in the shower! Only a 5 minute drive from the airport. Very good front desk staff and airport shuttle. Shuttle was perfectly leaving on time, and got us to the airport quickly early in the morning. Good restaurant downstairs, just next to the check-in area.

I stayed in room 3005. The room was very spacious, plenty of daylight and an amazing bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and amazing rain shower. In the room there was a mini fridge - contents complimentary and a safe.

modern, nice, quiet, clean and quiet rooms, near airport, near highway, away from Brussels traffic, good price, AC rooms, airplanes views from windows, full wall size room glass/window unlike some hotels where windows are small making feel suffocation. also tesla charger onsite. decent breakfast options for the price we got. checkin intern girl was very helpful.

The check in staff was very helpful and help correct mistakes made by booking.com. I can't express how much I appreciate everything they did. The Bar staff was amazing and made my wife's drink to perfection. The location was on the main road but not a lot a noise. Rooms had plenty of space for all our stuff and pets. The breakfast bar has had the most options we've scene in Europe and offers both cold and warm items. The hotel has a game room with drinks, coffee and a few games. This was a hangout spot for us when we got up and also returned from our outings.

Breakfast was very good, and at the floor I was at, there was also free soda and coffee. It was a small room, but fine for single nights.

Very nice room - stylish bathroom, comfortable bed, big screen TV with lots of free channels in various languages. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice (cooked and cold). Good location - 10 minute walk from Diegem station (for trains to/from central Brussels) and if you don't have much luggage it is possible to walk to/from the airport in less than an hour.

Very clean rooms, super helpful staff . They upgraded our rooms to make our stay with our 2 kids more comfortable. They could not provide an extra bed and gave us an extra room free of charge. Many thanks to the young receptionist who helped us on 20th January! This service does make a huge difference ! Restaurant had of the best dishes we have tried in Belgium . Often shuttle buses to Brussels and transportation to other locations.
